Established in 2024, Janaki Polychem emerges as a significant force in Nepal's manufacturing sector. Our state-of-the-art facility embodies our unwavering commitment to innovation and quality.
Janaki Polychem was founded during the Foreign Reserve Crisis, a period marked by a shortage of PVC flooring and a clear need for local production. Recognizing this challenge, we dedicated ourselves to providing high-quality flooring solutions that cater to the needs of Nepali consumers.
Our mission is to reduce reliance on imports by delivering locally produced, innovative flooring options. Guided by our philosophy of “Bideshi Chodaaun, Swadeshi Apnaaun”, we are committed to ensuring world-class quality in every product. We strive to support local industry, contribute to economic growth, and enhance your space with flooring solutions that meet both international standards and local needs.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure top quality vinyl flooring. We utilise a state-of-the-art SuperMixer for precise mixing, an advanced Calendering machine with four rolls exceeding the standard three rolls used by other brands & twenty roll cooling drums to minimise shrinkage, far surpassing the typical ten drums in the market.
Additionally, our facility features a high-precision printing machine capable of printing four color patterns simultaneously, enhancing the visual appeal and customization options of our flooring. These innovations collectively guarantee that every piece of Janaki Vinyl Flooring meets the highest standards of durability, performance, and design excellence.
We begin with raw materials such as PVC resin, stabilisers, and plasticizers mixed in the High-Velocity Super Mixer. The Double Banbury System then processes these materials to ensure a uniform blend, forming the base for the vinyl sheets.
The processed material is passed through the Four-Roll Calendering Machine. This extra roll compared to the market-standard three ensures precision in thickness and enhances the strength and durability of the sheets.
The newly formed sheets are gradually cooled using 20 Cooling Drums. This process minimises shrinkage and deformation, stabilising the sheets for further production.
Once the sheets are cooled, they are sent to the Advanced Four-Color Printing Machine, which prints intricate designs in one pass. This technology allows for vibrant, multi-colored patterns that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the flooring.
The printed sheets undergo embossing to add texture, followed by lamination with a non-yellowing plastic film. The Homogeneous Foaming and Glue Coating Machine ensures that the final product meets the highest standards of comfort, durability, and adhesion.
